Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure ofCSA Construction ManagerRole Overview:The CSA Construction Manager oversees civil works for hyperscale data centers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
This role involves planning, coordination, and supervision of civil construction activities, working closely with teams, subcontractors, and clients.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage construction plans and schedules for civil infrastructure.• Monitor and control budgets, valuations (SAL), and invoicing processes.• Supervise civil construction activities, ensuring contractual and timeline compliance.• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and prepare project updates.• Manage internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers.• Identify risks, implement recovery plans, and ensure quality standards are met.Requirements:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in civil construction management, preferably within mission-critical or hyperscale projects.• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural systemsSoft Skills:• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multidisciplinary teams.• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Other: good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.Highly Desirable (but not essential): Own Transport & Driving LicenceDisponibilità oraria: Full Time Categoria professionale Ingegneria Impiantistica - Construction Manager Località Milano, Milano Data inizio 15/01/2025 Job reference 0059-18412 Riferimento esterno CSACONSTRUCTIONMANAGER-0059-18412
