To expand our internal team, we are looking for a: CROSS BORDER SALES MANAGER Reporting to the Commercial and Marketing Direction, the candidate will be responsible for developing effective value propositions to present to multinational corporations within the bank's target industries.
This role entails crafting group presentations aimed at generating interest in cross-border and cross-selling solutions across various European countries.
Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial initiatives in collaboration with the international team and other group structures involved in feasibility analyses and the preparation of value propositions.
Organize or identify specific events to enhance the bank's visibility among multinational corporations within its target industries.
Act as a liaison with C-level executives of multinational companies across diverse sectors, fostering relationships, and conducting negotiations for international business development.
Serve as a door-opener with major national companies in key European markets, utilizing a consolidated, international business network.
Experience in an international desk of a leading commercial bank or multinational corporation, preferably in trade finance, primary insurance, or similar roles within multinational companies.
Qualifications Ability to rapidly develop or leverage an existing network with executive figures within the bank's target industries.
Proficiency in at least three languages, including Italian and English, with a good knowledge of Spanish and French.
Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of coordinating commercial actions and campaigns based on strategic inputs from the commercial direction and in line with approved commercial plans.
Excellent relationship-building skills aimed at engaging decision-makers and a strong customer orientation.
Proficient in utilizing all available commercial tools, including social media and databases, to define precise cross-border targets and decision-makers within target industries.
Minimum of 8 years of experience.
Preferably holds a master's degree in economics/ business administration or related fields.
