**Job Description Summary**: As CRO (Component Repair and Overhaul) TP400 Advanced Program Manager you will be responsible for Service Contract related to Power gear box installed on Military Engine TP400. You will report to the Senior Program Manager, being the focal point for the service section of the program.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the execution of the Service Contract related to TP400 Power gear box.
- Responsible for budget & strategy definition, business plan monitoring, economics (REV, GM, collection, Past Due, Liquidated Damages...), program KPI (OTD, TAT, VoC,...).
- Responsible for contractual deliverables, assuring that all organization is aligned to meet customer requirements (Eng. Support, Inventory management, HW deliveries, TQ/TV process)
- Responsible for Risks assessments and mitigation action plan definition & execution.
- Lead the cross functional Program Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)
- Define & Lead action plans to address customer concerns and maximize Customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for repairs development & industrialization according to Customer RFQ
- Lead the Program Control Board preparation.
- Responsible for monthly program review with customer.
- Responsible to prepare packages to support CEO Reviews, under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager.
- Interface with the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
- Responsible for additional tasks/duties in case of unavailability of the Senior Program Manager
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Master or Bachelor degree from an accredited University
- Strong experience in Aeronautical service business
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to coordinate and oversee complex programs
- Strong experience in program management (preferred in P145)
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- High sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization
- Knowledge of office automation, SAP
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
