We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.We're seeking a CRO (Component Repair and Overhaul) Planner Intern to join our Brindisi plant!Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesParticipate in simplification initiatives by studying and developing planning tools for CRO activities.Introduce new ideas and provide positive support to current processes.Interface effectively with all manufacturing departments.Engage in LEAN initiatives and utilize Six Sigma tools for process improvements.Qualifications/RequirementsMaster's Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material or Management Engineering from an accredited University;Academic Excellence;English and Italian fluency, written and verbal;PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint);EU Work Permit.Desired CharacteristicsCurious and eager to learn;Strong oral and written communication skills;Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently;Strong business acumen with the ability to motivate others.Avio Aero is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
