**Job Description Summary**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:
The CRO Manufacturing Engineering demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with manufacturing shop personnel and repair manufacturing engineering peers to support shop activities and validate machining processes and tools
- Prepare CN part programs for turning, milling, grinding and CMM
- Testing and optimizing directly in shop the CN part programs
- Assist supervisors and production employees in resolving repair manufacturing process problems.
- Optimization and improvement of tools for current repair products activities
- Participate in lean manufacturing event and projects for machining process and equipment
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Engineering Degree from an accredited university or college (or a technical high school diploma with a solid maintenance operations experience);
- Strong knowledge in technical drawings reading and interpretation
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming
- Solid knowledge of CN machines and cutting tools
- Prior experience with aviation engine technical documentation, with particular reference to: Engine Manual and repair instructions;
- Background and experience in tooling and fixture design
- Fluent Italian and English speaking and writing
- EU working Permit
