The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing program requirements and developing computer applications by performing the following duties:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTION Support of our partners and customers in the implementation of demanding CRM projects. Conduct one-to-one meetings to provide advice on how to use the CRM system, including which modules are being used and how customer requirements can be translated into a concrete setup. Analyze, record, and realize multi-layered business requirements in projects. Act as a coaching consultant, collaborate with the customer, and ensure that all activities required for implementation are carried out as agreed. Plan and optimize business processes and provide ready-to-use software solutions at the customer's site. Interact with various parties (internal and external) on projects. Monitor project agreements and communicate about them with the client. Provide webinars and training to clients. Support the sales department in presales assignments. Test, install, and commission appropriate software tools, either independently or in a team with colleagues. Cooperate with end users to help resolve issues. Work in an agile team setup using Kanban boards in Jira/Atlassian. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual should have abilities in the following areas:
4+ years of experience in CRM consulting and implementation. Proficiency in CRM platforms, with CAS Genesis World CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM being a plus. Project Management experience is a plus. A passion for helping customers move forward, with affinity for CRM or a keen desire to develop in it. Customer-oriented and dedicated. Intrinsically motivated and eager to achieve success together with the team. Successfully completed training or studies in the IT field. Confident appearance and ability to work in a team, along with flexibility and willingness to travel. Willingness to follow defined development design/delivery standards. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to multitask, work well independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Pragmatic, strong in execution, and a team player.
