The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing program requirements and developing computer applications by performing the following duties:
QualificationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTION support of our partners and customers in the implementation of demanding CRM projectshaving one-to-one meetings to give advice, using a proven approach, on how to use the CRM system. Which modules are being used? What requirements does the customer have and how can these be translated into a concrete set-upanalysis, recording and realization of multi-layered business requirements in projectsyou act as a coaching consultant, think along with the customer and ensure that all activities required for implementation are carried out as agreedplanning and optimization of business processes and the ready-to-use provision of software solutions at the customer's siteinteract with various parties (internal and external) on projectsmonitor the project agreements and communicate about them with the clientprovide webinars / training to our clientssupport of the sales department in the context of presales assignmentstesting, installation and commissioning of the appropriate software tools - independently or in a team with your colleaguescooperate with end users helping resolve issueswork in an agile team setup using Kanban boards in Jira/AtlassianREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual should have abilities in the following areas:
4+ years of experience in CRM consulting and implementationProficiency in CRM platforms, CAS Genesis World CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a plusProject Management experinece will be a pluswe are looking for someone who has a passion for helping customers move forward.
