Job Title: CRM TraineeWe are looking for a CRM Trainee to join our European Commercial & Customer Excellence Team. You will support projects related to CRM and other customer data systems, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, who is responsible for CRM in Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Europe division.
You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period. Your principal internal contacts will be mainly sales and marketing functions in our organization, which include Medical Device and Professional Scientific Services teams.
Main Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database.Ensure accuracy and completeness of information to maintain high quality in downstream applications connected with CRM.You will have the opportunity to work with a lot of teams in Europe, supporting them as the first point of contact for CRM, across three business lines (BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device, and Professional Scientific Services).
Over the 6 months period of internship, you will have the chance to see the implementation of two new systems, supporting us in this transition.
Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in business/economics or similar.Very good English knowledge, fundamental to work in an international environment.Good analytical skills, with a passion for analytics and customer experience analysis.Ability to work in a team.Growth mindset.Interpersonal Skills:Shows proper regard for peers and supervisor.Active listener who consistently checks for understanding.Builds good working relationships with others.Maintains confidentiality of company or personal information of others.Additional Information:Possibility of Smart Working.To apply, please send a detailed English resume, specifying the authorization to process personal data.
