Crm Specialist (Outsourced)

Position Summary
Manage multi-channel CRM campaigns in order to maximize Samsung products sell out and brand awareness through the Italian market.
Collaborate with Product Marketing teams and e-commerce to develop a contact plan in line with new products launch, media planning and corporate marketing activities.
Coordinate the internal agencies to produce the communication assets and implement the deliveries, during and end to end process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Planning and managing CRM broadcast campaigns to promote product positioning and eStore sell out
- Planning and managing automated customer journeys to follow the full client life cycle
- Contributing to analyze the CRM performances and optimize CRM strategy accordingly
- Contributing to analyze DB behavior and focus on planning personalized campaigns addressed to significant segments
- Coordination of the internal agency based in Milan to prepare communications templates: visual and copy supervision
- Coordination with the BI team to produce the CRM report and dashboard and monitoring of the performances
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing and/or Communication
Professional Background: CRM or Loyalty experience of at least 3/4 years
Computer Knowledge: Excel, Power Point, Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign preferred), content management platforms (Taxi preferred)
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English
Others: Strongly motivated with problem solving abilities and commitment to achieving goals.
Ability to work in Team.
Pro-activity and ability to work closely with Partners, Agencies, Sales dept.
etc.
Strong flexibility and resistance to pressure.
