**Position Snapshot**
- International Business Unit - Sanpellegrino
- Temporary Contract
- At least 2 years of experice on CRM activities, newsletter and loyalty program management, audience profiling and marketing automation.
- Proven success in CRM program and subscriber acquisition plan execution
- Experience gained in Premium Brands will be a plus
- Fluent English & Italian
**Position Summary**
Set and manage data for audience profiling in different activations.
**A day in the life of CRM Specialist**
- Manage the end to end execution of existing engagement program helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible.
Plan and deliver CRM strategy improving customer experience, increasing repeat visitation and growing qualified databases.
Define and execute lead acquisition plan.
Track and analyze full program KPIs.
- Coordinate external contractors, marketing service suppliers and partners in order to define and configurate the appropriate rewards scheme that satisfy consumers expectation.
- Spread and implement Personal Consumer Experience strategy defining and executing an integrated data capture plan (DMP and CRM) to increase consumer knowledge and close the consumer relationship delivering personalized consumer journey.

- Previous experience in Digital Marketing or e commerce
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in international environment
- Courage and ability to solve problems
- Communication skills (e.g.
presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees)
- Agility mindset
- Experience in establishing a "digital data driven framework"
