We are looking for a young talent to be included in the Marketing Department of Bata Italia.

Collecting the considerations of our customers is the first step to be able to improve their satisfaction.
The resource will be trained and will support the CRM Manager in the important project of monitoring and managing negative customer feedback.
The main activities that the CRM Specialist will carry out are:
- Monitor the results of customer surveys
- Understand the reasons for negative feedback
- Relate with the customer trying to improve satisfaction

- Degree in Communication / Communication Sciences or similar
- Good knowledge of the Office Package, in particular of Excel and Power Point
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Problem Solving
