Offerta The CRM specialist will be responsible for:
CRM Management: Customizing and maintain the HubSpot CRM to align with business needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Lead Management: Developing lead capture forms, implementing lead scoring, and designing automated nurturing workflows to engage prospects.Marketing Integration: Integrating HubSpot CRM with other marketing tools, collaborating with marketing teams, and tracking campaign performance.Sales Enablement: Customizing sales pipelines, provide training and support to sales teams, and creating custom reports for performance monitoring.Analytics and Reporting: Generating reports on key CRM metrics, analyzing data for insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders for decision-making.User Training and Support: Conducting training sessions, offering ongoing assistance, and developing resources for Hubspot users.Integration and Automation: Identifying integration opportunities, implementing automation to streamline processes, and coordinating with IT for seamless integrations. Competenze ed esperienza The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (>3 years) working with HubSpot CRM.Strong understanding of CRM principles and gold standards.Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot CRM workflows, fields, and automation.Experience integrating HubSpot CRM with other marketing and sales tools.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus.Full proficiency in English language Completa l'offerta Hired directly to the company with opportunity to grow.
