The part you'll play We are looking for a CRM specialist to join our headquarter in Florence, being part of the Group Customer Experience Dept and reporting to the CRM and Customer Campaign Management Coordinator for: Maximising the efficiency of the CRM data management Improving Salesforce's features to define the campaign's architecture Managing, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support strategic business decisions You will be responsible for Perform analysis on customer data according to CRM plan Run reporting activities synthetising business messages and generating insights Ensure the proper functioning of systems and analytical tools Coordinate analytical requests from functional stakeholders Contribute to the optimisation of CRM processes, digital campaigns to achieve the company goals Plan and develop regularly highlights on the monitoring and return of all customer initiatives of the area Contribute to design and implement multichannel customer journeys through a data driven and performance driven approach, maximise existing platforms and propose new enhancements What you'll bring Previous experience in analytical role (in fashion and luxury brands is highly beneficial, however is not essential), numerical proficiency with logical thinking Experience of at least 2 years in CRM Campaign Knowledge of Salesforce platform Proficiency in office sw, good knowledge of analytic reporting platforms Proficiency in English, additional language skills are appreciated Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data and synthetise insights clearly.
