Within our Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a **CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Specialist **to join our EMEA Customer Marketing & B2B Ecommerce Team.
** **He/She will be responsible to coordinate the E2E Marketing Campaign Management Process.

**Key accountabilities**:
- Support the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager designing the strategy, the best contact methods and the customer experience across the entire life cycle
- Support the roadmap definition, continuous monitoring and prioritization, across markets, brands and channels, in consistency with the high-level business vision
- Manage digital assets to develop and configurate content for consistent digital communications
- In coordination with creative agency and dev team, ensures continuous optimization and refreshes on communication visuals and templates
- Integrate the communication plan by coordinating the strategy with our Brands and commercial areas
- Orchestrate marketing campaigns towards all direct channels
- Design and maintenance of customized Trigger-based Customer Journeys
- Support in management and monitoring of the main Campaign KPIs, results analysis and definition of corrective actions to improve campaign performances
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Product Owner, CRM Analyst and Business Intelligence team to design & implement new segmentation models
- Manage the assigned budget
**Skills and knowledge**:
- Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent English (any other language will be a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience with Marketing Automation Platform
- Experience in coordinating communication agencies
- Ability to work well in a complex and changing environment
- Proactivity, with data driven approach and ability to analyze customer insights
- Extremely organized and highly attentive to details
- Problem solving attitude
- Communication ability
- Dynamism, passion, enthusiasm
**Nice to have**:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS
- Content management experience
