We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.The roleWe're looking for a Junior CRM Associate in the Deliveroo Italy marketing team, that will report to the CRM Manager in Italy, to help plan and implement marketing activities on all our CRM properties (e-mail, in app placements and contents, etc.).
This role will work closely with the rest of local and global marketing teams, strategy and commercial teams to implement best-in-class campaigns that deliver against our business goals.
A successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, independent and hands-on brand-builder.
S/He will have a passion for all things marketing related, growth and loyalty campaigns, e-commerce mechanics and have a natural ability to think strategically to solve business problems.
S/he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big, while paying careful attention to details.ResponsibilitiesTo make us the most known and relevant food delivery service in Italy, the role will be responsible for:Implement direct marketing channels (email, push, in-app popup) to support goals.Design in-app banners to convey the proper offer for users.Implement our CRM agenda with local and national campaigns in order to drive repetition and build customer loyalty.Track all activities to report results to the CRM Manager and other relevant stakeholders to drive our test & learn approach to better understand the impact of our activities and drive continual improvements.Work closely with colleagues across several countries to ensure alignment.Monitor and analyze main KPIs to improve strategy.Requirements1 year of experience in marketing, growth marketing, CRM departments or marketing agencies running successful insights-led marketing campaigns.Experience and ability to demonstrate working with CRM tools and HTML.Highly skilled in English language, both written and spoken.Detail-oriented executor, skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.A self-starter attitude that's comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have: competencies with Figma tool, Looker tool.Life at DeliverooWe are a growing team, with a large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there.
