Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, as well as coordinating and managing all aspects of their adventure experience.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and personalized responses to inquiries, concerns, and requestsCollaborate with our adventure planning team to create customized itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and needsCoordinate all aspects of the client's adventure experience, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and mealsCommunicate with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and high-quality service deliveryMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentsMonitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectivelyProvide support to clients during their adventure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as neededContinuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience, and share feedback with the teamAssist with administrative tasks and other duties as assignedQualifications: Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a remote team environmentPassion for helping people craft customized itinerariesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if neededWhy Work with Us: Fully remote and flexible work environmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureMake a positive impact on the adventure travel industryRequirements: Must be 18 and overAuthorized to work in the US, UK or AustraliaWiFi and device requiredJoin our team and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients while promoting responsible and sustainable tourism practices.
