Ariston Group, in order to grow the capabilities of its Marketing Department is looking for a:
CRM & Loyalty Intern The role, reporting to the CRM Manager Italy, will contribute to the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for the Italian Market.
Main Responsibilities: Support on CRM activities and marketing initiatives, based on database analysis. Support day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations, which include database development and maintenance and the support on tools usage for different stakeholders. Monitor KPIs defined for different targets and campaigns. Support on leads/contacts management as well as on-field activities. Track results of on-field activities, oversee report creation and distribution and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Support customer feedback management and reporting with the aim of optimizing program performance through data analysis. The Ideal Candidate Has: Master's degree in business/economics or similar. Strong analytical skills. Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis. Ability to work in a team. Excellent English knowledge. Energy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and passion for marketing activities, along with relational, organizational and presentations skills, problem solving and results orientation complete the profile.
