CRM & LOYALTY INTERN Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for hot water, space heating and air treatment, as well as components and burners.
The role, reporting to the CRM Manager Italy, will contribute to the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for the Italian Market.
Main responsibilities : Support on CRM activities and marketing initiatives, based on database analysisSupport day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations, which include database development and maintenance and the support on tools usage for different stakeholdersMonitor KPIs defined for different targets and campaignsSupport on leads / contacts management as well as on-field activitiesTrack results of on-field activities, oversee report creation and distribution and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvementSupport customer feedback management and reporting with the aim of optimizing program performance through data analysisThe ideal candidate has Master's degree in business / economics or similarStrong analytical skillsPassion for digital analytics and customer experience analysisAbility to work in a teamExcellent English knowledgeEnergy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and passion for marketing activities, along with relational, organizational and presentation skills, problem solving and results orientation complete the profile.
