With at least 10 years of experience, He/She combines a visionary mindset and strategic thinking with pragmatism and a down-to-earth approach. We are looking for a data and human-driven person to directly influence business strategy, via deep consumer, retailer, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science. He/She will be responsible for the Global CRM & Client Engagement Strategy and will help the company to: Drive a customer-centric vision to help us to put customer knowledge at the center of any direct marketing initiatives. Translate business goals into CRM marketing program objectives and strategies that facilitate attracting new customers and extracting more value from existing customers. Drive quality of data in order to identify the key insights that can profile customers and establish an individual relationship between them and our brand. Responsibilities Lead Omnichannel CRM Integration strategy creating a single customer view in all touchpoints. Define the Global Client Experience strategy for Technogym with the consumer at the center, both in B2B and B2C. Lead Retention Strategy: Loyalty Program, customer segmentation, campaigns, activations, and data insights. Develop Global CRM Strategy & Guidelines to be executed by local markets. Design and develop new omnichannel projects, innovative services, caring opportunities, events management tools, and customer journeys orchestration to achieve CRM objectives. Oversee data collection and lead generation strategy, client engagement enablers, dedicated training paths development. Supervise data Insights and Reports to monitor and evolve the performance of engagement and conversion KPIs including ROI. Transform the consumer understanding to create value and relations, beyond sales. Requirements Preferably a degree in Marketing Insights or Statistics with honors. Deep Knowledge of Marketing Attribution & Customer Behaviors (BX). 6 y Experience in Consumer Insight & CRM Direction. Strong background in customer activation & retention strategies. SFDC (or equivalent) knowledge including triggered event, journey, and Campaign Management expertise (across email, SMS, push notification). Proven experience in Customer Experience. Track records of exposure to Customer Experience Management. Data mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management. Great communication skills. Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent team player. Results-oriented.
