Within the CRM team, you will actively contribute to the success and growth of the digital and omnichannel customer journeys.
Your critical thinking and ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders will be essential to execute successful campaigns, from digital journeys optimization to project delivery and DB management.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Digital
Develop and configure digital automated customer journeys and tactical campaigns
Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders (eCommerce, digital marketing, IT) for integration and cross-functional projects
Be the CRM reference point for digital data collection tools
Supervise the implementation of consumers' digital acquisition forms
Oversee the appropriate development of the digital touchpoints throughout the entire customer lifetime
Share new and emerging Digital CRM best practices across the business to give the business competitive edge over competition in consumer acquisition.
Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging eCommerce strategies, trends, and techniques that consistently give the business a lead in consumer acquisition within the market.
Conduct pre & post live user acceptance tests (UAT) for new campaigns and online journeys
Delivery
Translate business user requests into use cases for analytics and technical teams to continually improve the team's efficiency and capabilities
Work with technical teams to manage CRM customer database, including integration of new data elements and solutions to support new project and initiatives
Support troubleshooting through operational and exception reporting for business operations and data flow related issues in CRM
Cost budget monitoring and reporting
DB & Access Management
Update, maintenance and improvement of customer database quality
Liaise with HQ and local teams to handle, prioritize and channel access management
Support all the initiatives to ensure GDPR compliancy (e.g., data cleansing, profiles updates)
DB analysis for impact assessment
**Requirements of the role**:
University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineer or equivalent experience
Fluent English
Experience in a marketing operations role with experience using CRM, digital marketing and marketing automation systems
Good understanding of IT topics and database structures
Understanding of campaign tools and CRM software
Capability to manage daily operations and work with different stakeholders (internal and external) and technical team like product marketing, sales team, IT
Good communication, presentation and influencing skills, good logic and thinking capabilities
Knowledge of BW, BO, SAP, SPSS and Adobe Campaign is highly appreciated
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
