- Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the process for creation, harmonization, implementation and maintenance of data management practices for global sales force automation systems for the global commercial business-
- Support geographic and market relevant business cases related to decision support tools and commercial systems; identify global synergies and build momentum across regions and markets to achieve scale with tools and systems-
- Facilitate the data mapping, management, and governance processes with commercial operations colleagues, business leaders, and IT to develop and implement new / enhanced commercial business processes as needed to support data management within the CRM or related systems that align with the commercial operations objectives, key Viatris commercial initiatives and business objectives; support and coordinate regional / local implementation as appropriate-
- Identify data management and governance best practices; work with process owners to develop effective plans to improve select business processes; share best practices with commercial operations customer base and support operational improvement initiatives-
- Partner and collaborate with the CRM Solution Optimization Lead as necessary to ensure alignment and leverage of data governance practices through implementations, systemic changes, and enhancements-
- Maintain knowledge of relevant commercial process benchmarking strategies, other SFA and marketing systems / platforms, and decision management tools related to performance management and analytics-
- Understand core sales and marketing related processes relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, with understanding of critical regulatory and compliance guidelines-
- Anticipate needs, promote data management practices and processes.
Support local teams with heavy processes and business complexity-
- Create global data management reports or dashboards and provide markets around the world with usable metrics to drive improved, sustained processes-
- We offer a fixed term contract for a maternity leave replacement.- The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience is required.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
- Knowledge of SFDC platforms, such as Veeva CRM
- Must possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to multi-task
- Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.
