Crm Coordinator

Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work as the CRM Coordinator. The position will be working closely with the broader marketing team, developing strategies and initiatives to keep our customer base active and engaged. The successful candidate is a precise, data driven person, with a superior level of attention to details. What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer engagement, retention and loyalty, across consumer and trade clients; Manage and safeguard our customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing our contact information; Analyze customer data to appropriately segment the customer base, creating personalized engagements and better customer experiences; Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture relationships with our customers, planning both digital and physical touchpoints; Create personal engagement opportunities for VIP customers Develop a customer loyalty program that fits a luxury brand and that is relevant for the industry Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to constantly improve customer experience Monitor and report on CRM activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
