CRM Change Consultant - Bologna - 6 months twentyAI are conducting a search for a consultant to support a Private Equity backed Commerce Business with a CRM project - Dynamics 365. This is a full time on-site requirement for initially 6 months. This project is in line with several other digitization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Focus on system enhancement and adoption in a post go-live environment Process engineering new controls, supporting the system integrator as a Project Manager Exceptional stakeholder management and exposure to working across the business 6 Month timeline to bring the business up to speed and integrate the platform into a BAU state. Requirements:
