Crm Analyst

The CRM Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data, generating reports, and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
1 or 2 years of proven experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large size projects;Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;Excel advanced user;Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field;Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle;Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or similar is an advantage;Knowledge of Power Bi, Qsense or similar are an advantage;Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights;Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable recommendations;Generate reports and dashboards, communicating key metrics and findings;Develop and maintain KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction;Collaborate with cross-functional teams for valuable insights from CRM data;Refine reporting processes for increased efficiency;Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns;Assist in customer database segmentation for personalized communication;Provide training to CRM users on system functionalities;Document CRM processes and procedures for reference and training;Right to work in Italy.
