Crm Analyst

The CRM Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data, generating reports, and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
1 or 2 years of proven experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large size projects; Fluent English.
Any additional language is an advantage; Excel advanced user; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle; Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or similar is an advantage; Knowledge of Power Bi, Qsense or similar are an advantage; Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable recommendations; Generate reports and dashboards, communicating key metrics and findings; Develop and maintain KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction; Collaborate with cross-functional teams for valuable insights from CRM data; Refine reporting processes for increased efficiency; Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns; Assist in customer database segmentation for personalized communication; Provide training to CRM users on system functionalities; Document CRM processes and procedures for reference and training; Right to work in Italy.
