- Be Accountable for definition and implementation of Crewing and Training standards from regulatory watch to personnel administration within Bourbon Mobility perimeter. - Be responsible for reporting and follow-up of actions on this perimeter.
- Be accountable of Crewing process and activities for BMOI Shipmanager.

Qualifications:
Education Master Degree Knowledge of Training Systems/modes/needs for seafarers Comprehensive working knowledge of all statutory requirements regarding Crew will be an asset MSc in a function related field will be an asset Experience:
5 years experience in Crewing in Marine or a related function FLUENT FRENCH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
