- Be Accountable for definition and implementation of Crewing and Training standards from regulatory watch to personnel administration within Bourbon Mobility perimeter.
- Be responsible for reporting and follow-up of actions on this perimeter.
- Be accountable of Crewing process and activities for BMOI Shipmanager.
Responsibilities: Crewing Standard definition and implementation
Efficient follow-up of cost
BMOI Resources adequacy
Personnel Management of BMOI Fleet ShipManager
Key User for SmartPal BMOI Crewing functions
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences Qualifications:
Education Master Degree
Knowledge of Training Systems/modes/needs for seafarers
Comprehensive working knowledge of all statutory requirements regarding Crew will be an asset
MSc in a function related field will be an asset
Experience:
5 years experience in Crewing in Marine or a related function
FLUENT FRENCH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
