3 or more years of experience in similar role in multinational environments;
- Experience in the Cruise Industry is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent oral and written English - any additional language is an advantage;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Results-driven, multitasking, a resource who reacts well under pressure;
- Great attention to detail and good data literacy;
- Ability to use social media;
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Follows the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment both through the MSC Careers web page and with the manning & recruiting agencies;
- Prepares job profiles and plans recruiting campaigns for Cruise Hotel Operations positions;
- Recruits, pre-screens, schedules interviews, interviews and makes hiring recommendations;
- Supports the Crew Talent Acquisition Manager in achieving the target set by the talent acquisition plan for the year;
- Works with stakeholders and the rest of the HR team for a smooth hiring process;
- Works within predefined recruitment processes to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals;
- Performs additional administrative duties as required.
