The Opportunity Risk Onboarding Team is a part of Worldline 1LoD (First Line of Defence) and we perform the analysis of the new customer that likes to receive our services. What Risk Onboarding does: Ensure that the level of counterparty risks that the Company is going to take is aligned with the Company's policy and is compatible with the Company's economic and capital structure. Ensure the definition and improvement of relevant procedures and processes in collaboration with business structures, ensuring their implementation, overseeing their efficiency and effectiveness in containing risks and the related cost of management for the Company, ensuring their consistency with the guiding principles adopted by the Company and overseeing their compliance and application. Ensure Compliance with Scheme's regulation during customer evaluation process. Ensure the definition, development and implementation of models and methodologies for risk assessment. Inform the Company's Governing and Senior Managers about evaluation numbers. Classify the risk positions of the managed portfolio in compliance with the internal regulations in force from time to time. Develop, maintain and evolve tools and methods aimed at On-Boarding, evaluation of clients, ensuring the implementation of the guidelines adopted by the Company. Ensure the execution of operational controls defined in the relevant regulations. Maintain a strong relationship with third parties (e.g., Sales, banks) in order to obtain more accurate information regarding items to be evaluated. Maintain system when needed and provide input regarding process efficiencies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Evaluation of new customers, reaching additional information and documentation. Evaluation of customer's financials based on pre-defined criteria. Evaluation of additional services required by the customer. Reporting activities. Back-office activity.
