Adecco Lifescience, specialized division of Adecco, is looking for a CREDIT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST for a leading company in the Healthcare sector
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Support to Credit Manager in the creditworthiness evaluation of potential customers of the identified Subsidiary's cluster area, ensuring tasks are completed in line with standard operating procedures (SOP) and Group Policies and escalating any type of possible deviations
· Closely monitor credit risks and cash collection activities by reviewing ageing reports and any alert related to business credit scores and reports given by Credit reporting platform
· Distribute statements & dunning letters according to defined Collection Strategy Pre due calling (detect and initiate resolution of administrative issues before the due date – incorrect invoice details etc.)
· Daily review and monitor of sales orders on credit hold, consequent follow up (identifying any cash collection actions) and release
· Follow up on disputed invoices and collect data to understand root causes and support rectification
· Follow up on claims/disputes with customer, sales & finance departments to reduce payment delays
· Daily follow up of cash collection activities contacting customer by phone or email
Requirements
· Fluent Englishis required, German is recommended
· Customer service experience or previous exposure to accounting principles/collection is an asset
· Knowledge of the Office pack, with a strong level of proficiency in Excel
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work location: Milan (M2 line)
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday; smart working is expected 2 days a week
Employment Terms:
• CCNL for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sector; level and RAL will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience
• 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of confirmation
