We're looking for an outstanding Credit Collection Specialist for our Group Credit Management Team within the Finance Administration function.
Role Overview: Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field Minimum of three years of experience in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations Strong negotiating skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken What We Offer: WELL-BEING: We are among the first Italian companies to adopt the short week model.
