About the role: The Events and Brand Experiences Unit specializes in the construction of multichannel projects that create long-lasting legacies across luxury brands, fashion shows, lifestyle, culture, and tech.
As the Creative Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative strategies for various events. You will lead a team of creative professionals to ensure that each event delivers a unique and memorable experience for attendees while aligning with the overall brand vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their event goals, target audience, and brand identity. Conceptualize innovative and engaging creative concepts that align with the event's objectives and budget constraints. Develop comprehensive creative briefs outlining the vision, theme, messaging, and visual elements for each event. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists. Provide guidance and direction throughout the creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with event planners, production teams, and vendors to translate creative concepts into tangible event experiences. Oversee the development of event collateral, including branding materials, signage, presentations, and multimedia content. Conduct regular reviews and revisions to ensure that all creative elements align with the overall event vision and objectives. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the creative process and addressing any feedback or concerns. Collaborate with clients to refine creative concepts and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the creative budget for each event, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively. Identify opportunities for cost savings or value-added services without compromising the quality or impact of the creative elements. Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders to track budget performance and variance. Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably in the events, marketing, or advertising industry. Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, event designs, and multimedia content across various platforms and formats. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills. Proficiency in design software and multimedia tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and industry trends. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed to support event activities and client engagements. Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
