**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
Conceptually execute the brand vision into creative content, ensuring a consistent image point of view across all touchpoints in the organization.

In this role, you will:
- Take ideas and concepts, and translate them into creative contents that effectively meet the needs of internal leaders, partners and most of all the customers;
- Develop design concepts and lead visual design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through to final design deliverables;
- Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problem;
- Communicate and present design strategy/rationale effectively to key stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Agencies, developers, product managers) to create compelling visual designs/contents;
- Spark fresh ideas and new perspectives to approach content/fashion show/ digital experiences;
- Develop the visual language, style guide as well as the specifications;
- Deep understanding of brand and how to create a design system;

For this role, we're looking for someone with:
- Previous image production and art direction experience (4/5 years) at an agency or high-end brand preferred
- University degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design
- Fluent English, other languages a plus
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Excellent creative IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- People management skills
- Collaborative approach with colleagues
