Craft Jewellery Trainer In Italy

Volunteering Opportunity in Torino Can you give between 7 and 10 days of your holiday to join a team reaching out to migrants in Torino? WEC Italia is looking for someone who can create jewellery and teach these skills to women who have arrived in the city with no means of support, enabling them to become financially self-supporting by selling their products in the local market.
Ideally, you are available either in November or December and will participate in a short-term WEC experience to give you a taste of mission work.
Qualities & Gifts Sought
You should be able to create attractive jewellery using inexpensive or recycled materials. You enjoy teaching others in a hands-on environment and sharing your faith sensitively. A young person or a retiree would be suitable.
You must be fluent in either English or Italian and able to work with those who are beginning to learn these languages.
It is an occupational requirement of any role with WEC International to have a committed evangelical Christian faith, as sharing your faith will be part of that role.
WEC Italia is involved in church planting among indigenous Italians and reaching out to immigrants in Turin in cooperation with the local church. We are particularly interested in recruiting for this ministry.
