Job Summary:

**CRA Manager** to join our Clinical Operations team in Milan, with flexible conditions.
This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall training and management of CRAs and/or Clinical Monitoring Interns.
- Participate in the training and development of CRAs.
- Provide constructive feedback on CRA training performance and competency, for in-house and on-site evaluation;
- Monitors CRA overall capacity and performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree with at least 4 year's experience as CRA;
- Advanced knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation/Good Clinical Practice and Medpace Standard Operating Procedures;
- Thorough understanding of Clinical Operations activities;
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Good command of Italian and English.
Occasional travel for evaluation of CRAs (approximately 15-25%)
