**CPMS Analyst (Sustain)**
**Location - Italy**
**Why is this job for you**:
The CPMS Sustain Analyst will have the responsibility to address requests coming from the business stakeholders as far as CPMS system is concerned. In addition, the CPMS Sustain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Data Delivery team in their efforts to solve problems and to contribute to enhancing current processes and system. The Sustain Analyst will collaborate with local organization to look for areas where process execution can be improved so as to increase business competitiveness.
**You will**:
- Be accountable for fulfilling assigned task on time as per the defined requirements- Prepare and share action item progress with the team on a timely manner- Understand the bigger picture of assigned task and can link it to the whole end to end process- Ensure compliance and reliability of system data to reports- Help the team to update training material to align with latest system upgrade- Focus on document and process standardization and keep specific document to a minimum- Analyze data for relevant stakeholders and make it easy to understand- Create and adjust documentation to reflect latest process functionalities- Support business in problems solving- Develop and prepare functional specification in view to propose system enhancement when justified- Support future system deployments
**You have**:
- Experience of 1+ year in Order to Invoice Process analysis is an advantage- Experience with Witron CPMS is an advantage- Experience in Finance/Planning/Manufacturing processes is an advantage-
- Autonomous and quick learner- Curiosity to explore processes and databases- Ability and willingness to work with other people- Fluency In English and additional knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese or French or Italian at a communicative level as minimum- Ability to travel - up to 30%
