Randstad Technologies, a division specialized in the search and selection of ICT profiles of Randstad Italia, is looking for a leading company in the Telecommunications Industry aCPE Techincal Support ConsultantresponsabilitàThe resource will work as part of the IT departement and will be in charge of the following activities:Make continuous update of issues status and new software deployments with customer, providing update and confirmations of shared plansSupport customer during acceptance tests of new software Constantly contact with R&D test engineer locally and with remote support to provide the needed support to the customersesperienza2 annicompetenzeThe following skills are required:English as working Language,Written and spoken fluentlyBasic knowledge of routing/WiFi/SIP protocols/TR-181/GPON protocols/multicast protocolsGood experience in modem acceptance tests, conducted for any telecommunication provider5 year work experience in relative fieldKnowledge of the Chinese language will be considered a plus.We offer temporary staffing service.Work location: MilanLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
