Descripción del puesto Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the Commercial Network, forging strong business partnerships with partners and dealer distributors within the assigned area.
Requisitos del candidato Develop strategic partnerships to build an extensive network of Silence partners and dealer distributors encompassing our portfolio of products in the Italian market. Design the strategy to promote our products and services in Italy without losing alignment with the values, mission and vision of the company. Study the local market to design the sales and marketing strategies without losing alignment with the overall internal policies and practices. Design strategies to increase productivity and economic results in the targeted market. Be the company's ambassador in Italy. Supervise and coordinate all business activities of the company in Italy ensuring these are aligned with all company's policies and procedures. Responsible for developing the fleet business market in Italy with the support of the HQ fleet team (Examples: courier service, police, food delivery …). Develop the market for our BaaS (Battery as a Service) business model to increase our presence as a brand in the Italian market and increase the company's market share. Own together with the Business Development Director the strategy, guiding the resources and the team to achieve long-term objectives, to meet business needs and requirements. Fulfill the objectives set by the Business Development Director: translate opportunities into sales by growing the network of dealers and increase sales. Ongoing tracking and analysis of results, establishing corrective measures on identified deviations. Establish action plans and manage their deployment to ensure target achievement. Build, in collaboration with the HQ team, processes and our CRM (Hubspot) to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support. Develop and maintain an effective, professional long-term relationship with partners and dealers within the assigned area. Assist partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability. Follow-up the implementation of Silence's Marketing and Communication initiatives, checking that partners and distributors incorporate them correctly. Ensure After Sales Service provided by Silence dealership network meets Silence quality standards. Team management: Support, motivate and develop the team. Identify training needs. Monitor the sales plan (with the Business Developers) regarding the objectives. Hire, onboard and train the best sales team ever.
