As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating profitable business growth in South Korea. You will be working remotely from a home office or co-working space in your city, supported and guided by LC's leadership team to generate leads from various campaigns and build new client relationships, growing sales and profitability, and providing sales expertise in the day-to-day management of client prospects. Roles and Responsibilities: Generate new leads and develop business in person, by telephone and email campaigns. Identify potential customers within all targeted industry segments, promoting Lingual Consultancy's unique business value and industry expertise. Attend/participate in conferences/events to acquire new sales qualified leads and progress current relationships. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients and understanding their requirements. Identify decision makers in targeted organizations, progressing marketing and sales qualified leads to a phone meeting, video conferencing interaction, or face-to-face meeting for business discussions. Give corporate presentations to prospective clients. Prepare proposals and cost estimates through a composition of all the required elements. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives. Promote LC's services via LinkedIn to ensure maximum brand visibility, generating brand recognition for LC in the market and your professional network. Create brand value for Lingual Consultancy across South Korea, contributing also to our international presence. Any other responsibility assigned by the Reporting Manager. Personal Attributes and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have some knowledge/exposure to sales, online/digital marketing, linguistics, or language service providers. Ability and desire to build strong relationships within the company. Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal in English, and perhaps you have another language of interest. Ability to work effectively in teams; takes responsibility, provides, and can receive feedback. Good organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude. Trustworthy and has discretion when handling confidential information. A sense of adventure and thinks 'outside the box' when approaching challenges. Willing to travel for business purposes as needed (0-25% approximate) to attend trade events or business meetings in South Korea. Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
