The Role The Country Operations Manager will oversee and manage all operations within Italy, ensuring the successful launch, execution, and expansion of operations. This hands-on role involves leading various functions including managing, onboarding, customer success, credit, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient processes aligned with company goals.
What do we want to achieve together? Operations Management: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the local operations team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, implement strategies for maximizing customer retention and growth. Credit Management: Oversee credit approval and risk assessment processes, ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies. What do you need to be successful in this role? Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We would like: Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
