We are looking for a Country Marketing Lead , to lead and drive the design, implementation, and follow-up of the strategies and initiatives for corporate key assets, in collaboration with the cross-functional team including sales, medical, market access, and corporate teams.
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive performance and improve the brands' market shares.
Furthermore, he/she will play an active role in the launches of new corporate products , and the exploration of new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing initiatives, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement strategies, taking into account the whole organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Exploration and exploitation of sales potential for defined prescription (Rx) products in close collaboration with relevant senior leaders.
Keep constantly up to date on pharma market knowledge, noting competitors campaigns and launches.
Preparation of marketing goals, strategies, forecasts, and key promotional material in collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing, Corporate Medical, and the country marketing teams - taking into account the relevant target groups and the major touchpoints of the customer journey(s).
Design unique and specific campaigns to achieve the highest market share for products in focus and identify synergies at the market level to optimize the utilization of the promotional budget Run in complete autonomy business analysis (turnover, margins, IQVIA sales, competitors, prescriptions, etc.)
and develop complete business cases (50% of total activity); Active facilitation of best practices sharing, including co-maintenance and use of exchange platform for marketing and medical documents, internal as well as external networking (KOLs, customers, partners).
Participation in corporate key events (congresses, medical events, F2F, and digital).
Closely liaise with the field force, providing them with the necessary technical expertise, promotional materials (digital and traditional), the relevant clinical papers as well as new developments regarding the competitors or their products.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: +5 years of hands-on and strategic experience in a Marketing role (Rx pharmaceuticals on top of extensive local marketing experience).
In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market together with an understanding of market research methods and analysis and customer engagement logic.
Solid understanding of classical and digital interaction with different customers and stakeholders.
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset Product launch experience, Brand planning experience, market research Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Business acumen and a good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient.
