Country Sales Manager - Semiconductor Distribution – Italy

An experienced Technical Sales Manager is required to join a reputable franchised electronics distributor that represents major semiconductor and electronic component manufacturers across Europe.

Suitable candidates will have an electronics qualification and proven demand creation experience within the electronics industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving both new and existing business across Italy as well as leading a small team (3 people).

This is a home-based role in the North of Italy. Salary on offer is up to €100,000 plus commission (personal and team), car allowance, and standard benefits.

Country Sales Manager requirements: Minimum of 6 years experience within similar technical sales roles in the electronics industryBachelor's in Electronic Engineering or similar disciplineAbility to lead by example and manage a small teamDesign Win and Demand Creation experienceGreat communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English and Italian is a must, both oral and writtenFlexible to travel frequently across Italy and occasional travel to other sites across Europe
