Country Manager - Italy As Country Manager (f/m/d), you will lead, develop, and engage the Italian team across functions. Set and control country targets for teams and individuals while ensuring alignment with overall goals. Oversee commercial development at the country level, ensuring sales performance management and adherence to company standards.
Our client is a Polish company that has been relentlessly expanding its business for more than 15 years, producing and selling products in childcare, electronics, new technology, and health technology industries. It operates in almost 20 European markets, aiming to provide clients with high-quality products.
As a new Country Manager (m/f/d) for Italy, you will provide every company, from start-ups to large corporations, the opportunity to package their own products individually, easily, and flexibly. We start with small teams in the new market, but will gradually increase sales of Packiro in your country.
We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager/Business Development Manager to spearhead our company's growth and expansion in Italy. This role is remote and offers a competitive fixed salary plus commission, negotiable for outstanding candidates.
As the Country Manager for Italy, you will expand on our existing resources by crafting and executing an innovative content strategy, harmonizing trends and user behavior to propel our ambitious vision.
