Country Manager/Managing Director

TGRC are currently exclusively partnered with a leading European Solar/BESS IPP that is looking to appoint a Country Manager/Managing Director to head their Italian operations.With over 2GW of operational assets and a 10GW development pipeline, the business is set for significant growth in 2025 and beyond.This role will play a pivotal part in driving new business opportunities with local developers and overseeing the company's greenfield development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Act as the country representative for the development of large-scale solar PV projectsInitiate and foster relationships with local developers, landowners, and other key stakeholdersLead the coordination of permits, grid connections, and other regulatory processesBuild and manage a project team responsible for all stages of project developmentRequirements:Over 10 years of experience in the development of large-scale PV projectsStrong network and successful track record in Italy's solar energy sectorExpertise in licensing, permitting, and managing commercial negotiationsAbility to travel frequently within Italy and internationallyProficiency in Italian and EnglishA background in renewable energy, engineering, business, law, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
