Country Manager - Italy (Technical Background)

We are supporting an important multinational civil engineering firm to recruit a COUNTRY MANAGER - ITALY (TECHNICAL BACKGROUND).
Main ResponsibilitiesLead the technical team, overseeing the continuous professional development for all team members and supporting the team expansion.Actively driving strategic decisions that will support the business growth.Building and managing relationships with key players in the industry.Oversight of day-to-day operations.Ownership of the financial budget, managing profit and loss and cost control.Being responsible for the business development in Italy, in line with the Group's targets.Being responsible for all aspects of the legal administration for the Italian operations.RequirementsMaster's degree in civil engineering.Solid experience in mining engineering or railways engineering.Strong attitude in Business Development.Great leadership and management skills.At least 7 years' experience in a similar role.Being fluent in English.Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
