Country Manager Italy

Our client is a major industrial company, with a global presence, that manufactures lines, machines and components for transforming materials into finished products.
We are looking for
COUNTRY MANAGER ITALY He/she, reporting to the Chief EMEA Region Officer, will lead the structure dedicated to the Italian market in an important transformation phase for the organization.
Responsibilities: Implement the Group's strategy and governance, ensuring optimal market performance, maximizing turnover and margins;Manage and monitor local commercial activities and drive the services and sales processes, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention;Provide leadership and guidance to Marketing and support to HR and Finance following the Group's KPIs;Ensure the adoption of the Group's governance and compliance rules, ensuring compliance with the Group's ethical standards and policies.Profile: University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Economics, and fluent in English.
Accustomed to managing multi-layered organizations, he/she comes from the industrial sector and has solid experience in similar roles with full P&L responsibility. He/she is a strong communicator and able to build, lead, develop and inspire teams, using coaching, mentoring and motivating techniques.
Location: Marche (Italy), with partial smart working possibility.
