Country Manager Italy

Our client is a major industrial company, with a global presence, that manufactures lines, machines and components for transforming materials into finished products.
Main responsibilitiesHe/she, reporting to the Chief EMEA Region Officer, will lead the structure dedicated to the Italian market in an important transformation phase for the organization.
Among the main responsibilities:
Implement the Group's strategy and governance, ensuring optimal market performance, maximizing turnover and margins;Manage and monitor local commercial activities and drive the services and sales processes, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention;Provide leadership and guidance to Marketing and support to HR and Finance following the Group's KPIs;Ensure the adoption of the Group's governance and compliance rules, ensuring compliance with the Group's ethical standards and policies.Candidate profileUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Economics, and fluent in English.
Accustomed to managing multi-layered organizations, he/she comes from the industrial sector and has solid experience in similar roles with full P&L responsibility. He/she is a strong communicator and able to build, lead, develop and inspire teams, using coaching, mentoring and motivating techniques.
LocationMarche (Italy), with partial smart working possibility.
