To ensure further growth in Europe, this role will be responsible for developing the sales portfolio in Italy while providing the necessary technical, marketing and regulatory support.
The successful candidate will act as Life Scientific's ambassador, develop partnerships with key accounts and work closely with the Supply, Marketing, RD and Finance teams.What the Role involvesAchieve annual sales budget for Italy,Develop national sales strategy, including sales policy and pricing,Manage commercial negotiations: price/volume, terms of sale, delivery times,Implement develop distribution network in the territory concerned,Build the 5-year key account strategic plan by identifying market/product opportunities,Set up and monitor sales management tools: forecasts, stocks, market shares, etc.Manage overall customer relationships (TD, regulatory, marketing), including after-sales service,Implement actions to ensure customer satisfaction (KPIs),Manage SGA Marketing Projects allocation efficiently.Ensure competitive intelligence on the territory concerned, including market data consolidation: market size, market shares competition, pricing to ensure market competitiveness,In close collaboration with RD, identify screen product portfolio adapted to local needs; coordinate portfolio advancement life cycle,Provide key inputs and guidance to Budget Long Range Plan (LRP) processes.AttributesMinimum of 10 years' experience in Crop Protection with a strong knowledge of Italian industry and distribution systemExcellent organisational skillsLeads with a customer centric focusExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to analyse, understand and summarise dataAbility to work in a teamLife Scientific is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
