Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to join our team as the first member of our European operations. This unique career opportunity involves exploring and developing the European market for our IGBT products and cooling plates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the technology or automotive components sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the exploration and development of the European market for IGBT products and cooling plates.
Identify and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve market penetration and growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the headquarters in China to align European market strategies with global business objectives.
Provide regular reports on market development, sales performance, and business opportunities to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or country management within the technology or automotive components sectors.
Strong understanding of IGBT products and their applications is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive market development efforts.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
