Localization: Export market Reference number: CM/29/03/21 Duties: Creating and implementing the sales strategy for the Company's brands in the dedicated market (Germany/Italy/Benelux/Spain), both stationary and through specialist e-commerce shops.
Building and maintaining fruitful and long-lasting relationships with clients, including regular meetings.
Creating a positive image of the Company.
Successfully negotiating contracts and cooperation conditions with external partners from the market.
Monitoring and analyzing the competition, respective market, and current trends as a basis for creating solutions.
Achieving sales and business development goals.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, supported by successes and a strong network of contacts.
Experience in expanding both stationary and online sales channels.
Experience in the children's products/electronics industry.
Drive to achieve sales targets.
Developed analytical skills.
Excellent English fluency in speaking and writing (Polish not required; each additional language will be a plus).
